This Capricorn full moon take a moment to honor the structures you've built to help you thrive and try to schedule time for deep-to-your-bones-rest, if you can.

"...This is what the things can teach us:
to fall,
patiently to trust our heaviness.
Even a bird has to do that
before he can fly."
~Rilke
The Weight of Fullness
Full moons are about culminations, fulfillments, and the material results of our intentions and actions we take in the world.
This full moon doubly emphasizes these themes as it is occurring in Capricorn, an initiatory earth sign (representing the material realm) ruled by Saturn (the ruler of the material realm). So even though there is much to celebrate about what we have effortfully built, for some today may still feel heavy in some way, your schedule feeling too burdensome, your bones tired with all your striving and maintaining and nurturing. You may also feel the grounded pleasure of a job well done and of needs met.
If you like, put a hand on your heart and thank yourself for all that you've done to make your life (and perhaps also the lives of others you care for) happen.
Feel the solidity of your body under your hand
and extend gratitude to it.
The full moon in Capricorn reminds us that while hard work and commitment can bring deep reserves of satisfaction, sometimes we stand in our fullness with the full weight of our lives pressing on our bodies and minds and hearts. And that's okay.

Saturnian Questions
Saturn governs boundaries, the material plane, old age, death, the bones, depression and discipline (among other significations). While this seems quite dark and heavy, Saturn's burdens give weight to our souls, help us develop our gravitas, and encourage us to be real about our limitations and boundaries so that we can move from surviving to thriving. Saturn's rulership here asks us to contemplate:
What existing structures are bringing the results you desire?
What new routines would support your goals?

Capricorn: A Yin Earth Sign
I always like to remind my clients that Capricorn is a yin sign. While modern astrology often associates ambitious Capricorn with the (often structurally patriarchal) business or government spheres, Capricorn being a yin sign to me signals an emphasis on ambitious striving that supports life for the long term.
Saturn ruling this sign wants you to be realistic about what you require to meet your needs and pushes you to take incremental steps towards your goals.
There is a dimension of the yin energy that initiates in response. To take Saturnian responsibility for our bodies, for instance, is to make a commitment to consistently respond to our needs as they evolve throughout our lives. That kind of dedication, and the dedication we have to the other important areas of our lives, can be tiring and even feel oppressive at times.
But the rewards that these Saturnian burdens bring
are often well worth all the effort.
Take care of your hearts, witches, and honor all your wild dreams you've brought into form.
